Course Description

The Pandora Process leadership programme is a highly participative 2-3 day programme that will enable you to understand your preferred leadership style and team role.  A good understanding of personal leadership style is a pre-requisite to effective personal development.

The Pandora Process Leadership Programme will enable you to “try out” various leadership styles and identify which style is most appropriate in a given situation.  The workshop includes “active coaching” from the facilitators to help you develop and hone your skills in an effective learning environment.

The Pandora Process is underpinned by the team and Leadership research performed by Sibbet, Drexler and Forrester and applied to the business environment. This programme includes the Belbin team roles feedback.

Venue details: There is a choice of venues for this activity from the Trossachs to the Mendips.  as well as in urban locations. Alternatively, an event can be designed to take place at a clients preferred location.
